Dave currently serves as the Discipleship Pastor with Southbridge Fellowship in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he joined the staff in 2018.

Prior to his current position he served the last 16 years in Arkansas as a Discipleship Pastor and Senior Pastor.

 

Having surrendered to the ministry in 1985, he joined the staff of Josh McDowell Ministry as part of Campus Crusade for Christ where he served for several years.  Dave has served as a Student Pastor, Worship Pastor as well as a Senior pastor.

 

Through the years he has assisted in writing and producing curriculum that has been used nationally through the Southern Baptist Convention and other denominations, as well as two Christian based public school films.  He has written for publications, served as a conference speaker, panel guest, and still enjoys the opportunity to speak at camps, conferences and revivals.

 

As part of his testimony Dave states that he came to know Jesus Christ personally at a young age through the ministry of his father and mother. He was ordained to the ministry through Prestonwood Baptist Church, Dallas, under the ministry of Dr. Jack Graham in 1991.

 

Dave has been married to Leslie since 1990 and has three grown children; Amanda (Brad), Christopher (Hannah) and Matthew (Katie).
